In this work, I hope to empower and support those facing the end of life and their loved ones to encounter peace and embrace grace during this transition. As an end-of-life doula, my role is to be a compassionate presence and offer services that may increase ease and comfort when facing death.

    • Assistance in filling out Physician Orders for Life-Sustaining Treatment (POLST) forms.

    • Offer emotional and spiritual support, guiding individuals toward finding peace and grace throughout the end-of-life process.

    • Provide breathwork strategies and meditation techniques to enhance emotional and spiritual well-being.

    • Explore and implement creative practices to nurture a peaceful environment.

  • Facilitate life review sessions to help individuals make peace with their lives and legacy.

  • Provide companionship and support by keeping vigil with the dying person, ensuring they are not alone.
